Sweet, happy, and ready for adventure, Belle is a fun-loving girl who would make an ideal walking, hiking, or running partner.Name: Belle.Age and sex: 16-month-old female.Breed: According to a recent Wisdom Panel DNA test, Belle is a Boxer, American Bulldog, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Black and Tan Coonhound, and Pomeranian mix.Size and weight: Medium and 50 pounds.Coat: Short and grayish-brown.Location: Hero Rescue in Georgia.Activity level: High.Likes: Toys, affection, keeping busy, and being a lap dog.Dislikes: Nothing!Training: Belle is house and crate trained, and knows sit. She is looking forward to learning more obedience commands!Belle is such a sweet girl who has been waiting for her forever home for so long. Has not been tested with cats.Health issues: Due to her immune system being compromised during her pregnancy, Belle suffered a flare up of Demodex mange that caused her to lose 70 percent of her coat. She has since been fully treated and her gorgeous coat has grown back in.Her story: Belle was surrendered by her former owners to a rural animal shelter in north Georgia, where she waited for rescue for 20 days. Over that time period, it was discovered that she was pregnant.
